Breakfast included many options. The buffet had a sit down style. The staff were polite and professional. The hotel location was right where I wanted to be.
I asked for more towels. I also requested missing shower gel. The staff could not understand me. The complimentary breakfast was like a cattle call in a cafeteria.

the breakfast was excellent i really enjoyed the variety of options available the christmas decorations looked beautiful in the lobby the staff were warm and friendly i found them very helpful
the staff didn't speak english well when i asked for more towels there were no amenity kits available i noticed dusty floors in some areas these things made my stay a bit less enjoyable

the rooms are spacious. beds provided a great night's rest. the breakfast surprised me kinda. i stayed several nights and enjoyed the different varieties each day.
the tv wasn't working initially, and it took multiple attempts to get it fixed.

the rooms are spacious. the staff was generally helpful . breakfast included a variety of options, including fresh fruit and pastries. i found this convenient before heading out for the day.
the tv in my room wasn't working properly upon arrival. i had to follow up multiple times with the front desk to get it fixed, causing some delay. i was also surprised by the extra fee for late checkout. i've not experienced this at other hotels.

The breakfast buffet was a real surprise. It reminded me of all-inclusive resorts regarding breakfast options. The food was fantastic and the staff quickly cleaned and seated everyone.
The front desk people gave me attitude and used condescending tones. I asked for a late checkout and they require a $20 per hour fee for staying after the normal checkout time (which I found surprising).

broken ice machines
This added unnecessary time to my schedule. I also found the ice machines on several floors out of service, an inconvenience. Getting ice required me to go to other floors, and that was annoying. I thought this was unacceptable. The lack of readily available ice impacted my overall experience negatively.
